Cheers to more sources!

Since I have been commenting so heavily on hyperfocus, I would like to to add some additional links that I find helpful. Since Living in the Noise has been born from my perspective, it is always helpful to take a look at different views and angles. I am not advertising, nor am I making any attempt to promote. These are simply links that I have found to reflect valuable details, beyond what I have provided in my own posts. In the interest of legalities, I will not be embedding any content from these links. So, feel free to read more about hyperfocus, from the outlook of other professionals.

Hyperfocus Links:

From ADDitudeMag.com (Focusing on hyperfocus.)

From Healthline.com (What is hyperfocus?)

From PsychologyToday.com (How to use hyperfocus.)

The listed websites are generally good sources for ADHD and other mental health related topics. Hopefully, these links find insightful value, deep down within your soul. You can never know too much, if you ask me! My next post will be regarding multitasking mastery and how long-term and short-term memory mastery comes into play. Until then, bump the bass...
